Recently, Aulong held the delivery signingceremony for “Xidao 088”—399Pax all aluminum high-speed passenger catamaran. TheProtocol of Delivery and Acceptance was signed between Wang Guangrong, thegeneral manager of Aulong Shipbuilding, and the shipowner representatives—SanyaXidao Marine Cultural Tourism Area, marking the official delivery of “Xidao088”.

Designed and built by Aulong and Austal, the vesselis bright red in the main color with simple and smooth lines, creating a greatvisual appeal to people. The passenger comfort is maximized by the commodiouscabin space, excellent lighting and humanized seating layout. With the help of theadvanced aluminum shipbuilding technology from Austal, the vessel performanceis furtherly enhanced in terms of maneuverability, wind resistance andstability. The customer is very satisfied with the comprehensive performanceand interior design, and it will surely become a beautiful scenic attraction inHainan tourism area.

In2018, Aulong won the bid for the first 70-meter/30kn/1200Pax aluminum high-speedpassenger catamaran, which set three records of the largest principaldimension, the biggest passenger capacity and the highest price of a singlevessel built in domestic China, and established the leading position of Aulongin domestic aluminum high-speed shipbuilders.

The delivery of the high performance vessel forHainan island tourism area lays a solid foundation for Aulong to explore theHainan market in the future. “Xidao 088” was delivered one and a half monthahead of the contract delivery date to meet the shipowner’s Spring Festivaltransportation needs, reflecting the entrepreneurial spirit of the Aulong forcustomers’ consideration.
